1. Who we are

iccmasia.com is the website of ICCM Asia 2026, a non-commercial conference organised by a volunteer committee. Registration fees are collected, invoiced and refunded by Stratsonic Solutions LLP, LLPIN ACS-9990, 9-7-211/23-24, 3rd Floor, Green View Enclave, Tirumalagiri, Hyderabad, Telangana 500009, India (“we”, “us”). By registering or paying on this website you agree to these terms.

2. What you are buying and prices

A registration gives one named person admission to ICCM Asia 2026 in Hyderabad, India (venue to be announced on this website) on 26–29 November 2026, including sessions, conference materials, meals as listed on the registration page, and shared accommodation for the conference nights at the conference venue or a partner hotel:

  • Conference fee, shared double standard room: INR 6,000 per person
  • Conference fee, shared quad standard room: INR 5,000 per person

The amount shown at checkout is the total amount charged, inclusive of applicable taxes. No physical goods are shipped. Accommodation is provided only for the conference dates and only in the room category paid for; room-mates are assigned by the organisers.

3. Registration and payment

  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
  • Your registration is confirmed only when payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. Keep the transaction ID.
  • You must give accurate information. We may cancel a registration made with false information.
  • Registrations are personal. Transfers are allowed as set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Programme changes

We may change speakers, sessions, schedule or venue within the same city for reasons outside our control. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund unless the conference is cancelled or postponed.

6. Conduct

Participants must follow the venue rules and treat others with respect. We may remove, without refund, anyone whose behaviour is harassing, disruptive or unlawful.

7. Recording and materials

Sessions may be photographed or recorded by the organisers for documentation. Tell us at registration if you do not want to appear in published material. Conference materials are for personal use; do not redistribute them commercially.

8. Liability

We are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to property, or travel, visa and accommodation costs, except where caused by our negligence or where Indian law does not permit exclusion. Our total liability to you is limited to the registration fee you paid.

9. Visas

Obtaining a valid visa is your responsibility. On request we issue an invitation letter after payment.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
