This website, iccmasia.com, is run by the volunteer organising committee of ICCM Asia 2026. Registration payments are collected by Stratsonic Solutions LLP, 9-7-211/23-24, 3rd Floor, Green View Enclave, Tirumalagiri, Hyderabad, Telangana 500009, India (“we”, “us”), which is the data fiduciary for payment and registration data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Data we collect

Registration: name, email address, phone number, organisation, country, dietary and accessibility needs you choose to give us.
Payment: amount, transaction ID, payment status, and the billing details you enter at checkout. Card and bank details are entered on and stored by our payment processor, Razorpay Software Private Limited; we never receive your full card number.
Website: IP address, browser type, pages visited, collected through server logs and cookies.

2. Why we use it

To process your registration and payment, issue receipts and badges, and run the conference.
To send you information about the conference you registered for. We do not send marketing for other events unless you opt in.
To comply with Indian tax, accounting and anti-fraud law.

3. Sharing

We share data only with: Razorpay (payment processing, under its own privacy policy); the venue and caterers (name and dietary needs only); our email and hosting providers; and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data. Some organising volunteers are located outside India and may access registration lists for the purposes above.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies needed for the site and checkout to work, and basic analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; checkout may then not function.

5. Retention

Registration and payment records are kept for 8 years as required by Indian accounting and tax law, then deleted. Other data is deleted within 12 months after the conference.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@iccmasia.com. We respond within 30 days. Deletion requests cannot override legal record-keeping obligations. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Security

Payment pages are served over HTTPS and payments are handled by a PCI DSS compliant processor. Access to registration data is limited to organising committee members who need it.
